1.You submit a request for your project.
2.After studying the details, we give you a quote.
3.We sign the consignment agreement.
4.You pay the deposit and we start on the job.
5.We build teams of translators or interpreters and projects managers to support major projects, requiring accurate, fast turnaround.
6.We send the debit note and you pay the rest of the charge.
7.We collect the information of the feedback on the project.

Consignment Agreement:
 
Once you sign on the quotation sheet or we sign the long-term contract, we will carry out the project. There are discounts on offer for high volume projects and for our regular customers we can bill on a monthly basis.

Secret Keeping:

 

We will not disclose the confidentiality information to any third party without prior written consent of the party providing such confidential information. When assignment is completed, we will return the information. The confidentiality information may be disclose to the personals whose duties so require, they shall be procured to perform the confidential obligation.

Once we have found good, reliable translators or interpreters, we require that they sign our strict agreement to ensure they work to the level we require. And we will also sign non-disclosure agreements if appropriate.
