Interpreting

 

We pride ourselves that there will be no hidden charges or project management fees whatsoever. We guarantee that the amount we quote is the amount we will bill you.

Interpreters are highly trained professional so it is reflected in the fee that we command according to your project and your request.

  1. Please note: any travel, food and accommodation costs are also borne by the clients. If you would like a quote for any interpreting projects you might have, contact us please.
  2. Discounts are allowed on large products and returning customers.
  3. Discounts are allowed on project booked up a month in advance.

PAYMENT

Once the long-term relationship is built, we can bill on a monthly basis. In any events, we are open to work with you to accommodate your billing needs on a case-by-case basis.

International bank transfer

Cheque

PLEASE NOTE:
   
After we complete the assignment, we will submit the debit note. You can pay with the cash or remit the payment to the appointed account within two weeks. For the personal project, 100% deposit will be charged.

we only accept work from new clients when payment is assured, either by credit card or with a signed contract purchase order. For the new client we charge a non-refundable deposit of 50% when project booking are made.

Please pay the charges on time. If you fail to do so without contacting us or any acceptable reasons, one week after the maturity we will charge 5‰ liquidated damages of the total fee every day. For any deferred payment for one month, we prefer legal solutions.
